As a dietary supplement, mix 1 rounded scoop (approx 40g) with 150-200ml of cold water.
For the creatine loading phase, drink one scoop twice daily for three to five days then maintain at 1 - 2 scoops daily.
For best results during maintenance, take one scoop first thing in the morning and one scoop directly after your workout.
On non-training days take one scoop in the morning.
