• Blender: Add three scoops of After Max to a blender with 475ml of water, milk or your favourite beverage. Blend for 15-20 seconds. Then add 3-4 ice cubes and blend for an additional 20 seconds.

- I've been using it now for about 2 months and I really feel the difference it makes after an intense CrossFit workout, usually I would be tired for the following couple of hours (or in some cases the rest of the day) before I would recover for another workout. Drinking After Max within 30 minutes of a workout, I feel ready for another workout within an hour, really a great product plus besides the recovery benefits I can see results it aided in gaining with regards to my physique.
